We had St. George Transmission do transmission work on our Infinity and they were amazing to work with. So when I had a Ford F-150 truck I had just purchased with a three year engine warrantee and I was having problems with it I took it to them to have it analyzed. I has shocked to find the rebuilt engine was no good with only less then 5,000 miles on it. After the bad news and review by the company the motor was purchased from we had St. George Transmission do the trade out of the engines. I was very surprised it only took a week. I was a little shocked that the bill was so high, but after reviewing with Jessie all the old parts needing to be replaced to have a perfectly good running truck, I was delighted that they did it right. The price was fair, the workmanship first rate and the customer service was better then I could have ever imagined. I was billed for a new radiator that I wasn't surprised because I saw all the smashed fins on the thing. I called Jessie and complained they didn't put in a new radiator that it was still my old one. Jessie was very respectful to me and assured me that wasn't the way they do business and asked me to bring it down to look at it. I thought they was pretty nice the way he responded to me. I thought I might be in for a fight. So Saturday I went down to show him the old radiator. There were just a couple of mechanics there working but the came out and looked at my truck. STANDING THERE WITH EGG ON MY FACE LOOKING DUMBER THAN ROCKS, I got my first lesson on what an air conditioning cooling screen looked like. I had the new radiator as they said, I didn't know it was hiding behind the air conditioning whatcha-ma-call-it. SO SORRY. THANK YOU FOR A SUPERIOR JOB Michael Miller
