Brought my 2005 F-150 in suspecting the transmission was slipping so I was prepared for the worst. They diagnosed the problem as a misfire, though I did have a leaking seal in the transmission. The misfire was correctly diagnosed as a sparkplug issue; not at all unusual for an engine with 115,000 miles. They warned me that the F-150's had issues with sparkplug replacements; often resulting in the plugs breaking. This is also something I was aware of and expected extra labor charges. They changed the plugs with no problems and no extra labor. With the replaced seal and all new sparkplugs I was out the door spending far less than I expected going in. Very satisfied!
