My truck's transmission was going out and I contacted them a couple of times just to see their rates and see if they could offer any advice over the phone. They were always friendly and offered their advice freely. I finally brought it in, and they diagnosed it the same day. I left it with them and they completed the repair several days early. When I picked it up they went over the repair in detail with me and never seemed like they were in a rush to get me out of there. So far, I am very pleased with their customer service end. Truck runs nice as well even though I have only driven it home from the shop at this point.
