I was passing through town in my truck and camper from out of town when I started experiencing issues I was pretty sure was related to a loose battery terminal, considering I had experienced it before. I took it to another place in St. George and they completely disregarded my opinion. Can't help but think it was because I'm a woman, so obviously I left. I called St. George Transmission and explained the lengthy history and reasoning to them, and despite them being busy they were patient and didn't disregard anything I had to say. Like most other places right now, they were orwtty booked out and couldnt get me in for 3 weeks. I explained to them that I lived in the truck and camper and couldn't go anywhere until it was fixed. They squeezed me into an appointment a week earlier. And because it was likely they'd need to order parts that would take a while to get in, they had me come in for a test drive a week before my scheduled appointment so they could order the right parts and have them arrive in time for my appointment. I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning and they had the work done before noon. When they test drove my truck prior to my appointment, they told me there was the possibility they'd have to complete a factory upgrade if it hadn't already been done. When I picked up the truck they told me the factory upgrade had already been done, and the total cost came to less than the original estimate. They could have charged me for the factory upgrade and for the original estimate and I wouldn't have been the wiser, but they didn't take advantage. Oh! And it was a loose battery terminal and it's been driving perfectly for the last month since having the work done. In conclusion: 1. Honest 2. Patient 3. Reliable 4. Quality work 5.
