If you could have had the air conditioner repaired the day I brought it in, we would have had you do the repairs. But we could not function without our car.
I was pleased with the outcome on the inspection of my vehicle with 105k miles driven. Good communication when we talked on the phone concerning what was needed. My only disappointment is a tech or advisor failed to call me with an update that they needed a second day to complete the inspection. I initiated the calls except for the call made to me when the car was ready for pickup. Other than that, the information provided on the worked needed and completed was thorough and pleasing to my ears and pocketbook.

The technicians are astonishingly understanding and they don't try and push unnecessary services on you. I can't afford my repair a couple of months but they explained everything about the repair and the risks of delaying it to me in a way that was not pushy or like a salesman. They understood it was a lot of money and advised with that understanding in mind. After researching prices, they are more than fair with the industry and are highly recommended by many neighbors and other trusted mechanics. I guarantee I will be back to complete the repairs.
